Shipping Policy How much does shipping cost?

Orders are primarily shipped via Courier (by road) or Local Delivery Service. Shipping rates will be mentioned in the invoice. If you need your products sooner, we also offer Air mode courier service at the posted rates. Shipping rates will show during checkout. Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping option you select during checkout, such as Flexible Shipping (by road), Express (by air), Local (by Porter, Dunzo, Rapido, Lalamove), or DropOn (other). 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Orders generally arrive within 2-7 business days depending upon where we are shipping the product to. Most orders ship within 24 hours (business days). However, we will contact you by email or phone if your order is delayed longer than 2 business days. 

What time do I need to submit my order? 

Since we ship the orders through our regular shipping agents, orders placed before 6 pm will only be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 6 pm will be processed only on the next day's shipment.

How can I track my order? 

Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a confirmation along with the tracking number for your package. At any time, you can log into your account to view the status of your order. 

Do you ship outside of India? 

No. We do not ship outside of India. 

Will you ship via a local delivery service? 

Yes, we can ship via local delivery services like Dunzo, Rapido, Lalamove, Porter, etc. The service can either be processed from your end, or we will handle it for you. Delivery charges will be applicable if the service is processed from our end. 

Return & Exchange Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery. S-3FParts Innovations LLP will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "My Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Only S-3FParts Innovations LLP-approved returns will be refunded. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
